This sugar paste is non-sticky and deliciously scented with vanilla. Its silky appearance is ideal for coating your cakes. It can also be used to smooth out any imperfections. Sugar paste can also be rolled out very thinly, ideal for creating frilly effects and magnificent decorations. In short, a highly versatile sugar paste.
Approximately 500 g of sugar paste are needed to coat a 24-26 cm diameter round cake or a 20x20 cm square cake.
