FunCakes Sugar Dough - Raven Black - 1kg

FunCakes sugar paste is very flexible, smooth and easy to use thanks to its fine structure and malleability. It is quite soft and hardens perfectly after use. It is black and has a delicious vanilla flavor. Leave it to rest for an hour after coloring (covered) for best results. Knead again before continuing. FunCakes sugar paste is available in a range of colors.

The satin finish of FunCakes sugarpaste allows you to cover a cake, giving its contours a silky-smooth texture. If you want to create shapes, you're sure to get clean, crisp, impeccable cuts. This new, extremely easy-to-handle sugar paste formula is perfect for home bakers and professionals alike!

With FunCakes sugar paste, you can easily model or create different shapes and designs. It's also ideal for creating decorations. For 250g of sugar paste, add a teaspoon of CMC - Poudre Tylo FunCakes and/or water if necessary. Knead well before use and spread over a thin layer of powdered sugar.

Approximately 500 g of sugar paste are needed to cover a round cake 20 cm in diameter.

For best results, please follow these instructions:
• Sugar paste should be at room temperature.
• Knead the sugar dough firmly until it is smooth and elastic.
• Sprinkle the work surface with a little powdered sugar, then roll out the sugar dough with a rolling pin to an even thickness of 2-3 mm. Rotate the dough a quarter turn to prevent sticking. Small cracks appear on the edges of the sugar paste when you roll it out? Knead again firmly and repeat until the edges are smooth. The sugar paste is now ready to use.
