FunCakes Sugar Dough - Pastel Yellow - 250gr

Pastel Yellow sugar paste has a lovely soft yellow color and a delicious vanilla flavor. Perfect for covering cakes and cutting out shapes.

Knead well before use and spread over a thin layer of powdered sugar. You can also use sugar paste for modeling or creating different shapes and designs. Also suitable for coloring with food coloring.

Leave sugar paste to rest for an hour after coloring (covered) for best results. Knead sugar paste again before further processing.

To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you'll need around 500 g of sugar paste.

• Preparation: For best results, we recommend the following process: Let the sugar paste come to room temperature. Firmly knead the sugar paste until smooth and elastic. Sprinkle the work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the sugar dough over by a quarter to prevent sticking. Are small cracks still visible at the edges when the fondant is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolled out. The sugar paste is now ready to use.
