Complete set of small business tools for working with marzipan and fondant. High quality and perfectly finished, the ergonomic grip tools are also available separately.

The kit contains the following modeling tools:

  • Blade and Shell: The blade end is used to cleanly slice marzipan and sugar paste, while the shell end is suitable for drawing decorative edges or printing designs on the edge of the cake.
  • Ball: Rounded ends are used to mark the location of eyes, to print the heart of flowers to highlight the petals or to smooth the edges.
  • Bone : the rounded ends are used to mark the location of the eyes, to print the heart of the flowers to highlight the petals or to smooth the edges.
  • Bulbulous Cone: Both ends of this tool are used to shape flowers.
  • Scallop and Comb: the half-circle end is good for drawing mouths or rounded shapes, or for shaping circles in decorations. The rake (or toothed end) is used to shape decorative edges or stitches in a bow or ribbon for example.
  • Serrated & Taper Cones: one end has a star shape and the other end has a cone shape. These tools are mainly used to shape the center of flowers and especially to hollow out flowers such as frésia for example. The star-shaped end is used to outline the petals of handmade flowers. You can also use it to vein hollow flowers.
  • Taper Cones 5/6 Star: This tool with conical star tips is suitable for shaping veins and finishing cut patterns in marzipan or fondant.
  • Flower/Leaf: this tool with curved ends is suitable for shaping veins and finishing cut patterns in marzipan or fondant.
