Head for Japan with this "Kyoto800" mold which, thanks to its cylindrical insert, will enable you to make a cake or entremet and fill the cavity with a preparation that will bring another texture to your dessert/apéro.

This mold is non-stick, but to guarantee easy removal from the mold, we recommend using the release spray.

This set contains 1 mold and the cylindrical insert.

Suitable for temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, it is also dishwasher-safe.
