The perforated circles will allow you to obtain a crispy pastry, as the baking will be perfectly homogeneous.

To use the circles, simply roll out your pastry, use the circle as a cookie cutter and then baste the edges of your tart like the great pastry chefs.

The 2 parts of the kit are suitable for temperatures ranging from -60°C to +180°C and are also suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
