What's in a name? This extremely light and fluffy snow white cream is truly enchanting. FunCakes Enchanted Cream Mix is perfect for filling and topping cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. It's much lighter than many other creams, but still nice and stiff to use for perfect cupcake swirls that stay beautifully tall. Enchanted Cream® is made in minutes. Because of its extremely white color, it can be colored with FunCakes food coloring. The vanilla flavor is very nice as it is, but you can perfectly add other flavors. For example with FunCakes flavoring pastes, fruit juices, zests, liqueurs and spices also work. This cream is really perfect to stimulate your creativity!

Preparation: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream®. Mix 150 g of mixture, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes on high speed. Add a FunCakes flavouring according to your preference. The cream can be used immediately. The cream produced can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stirring before using again. If you prefer, the mixture can be made with only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml) to make it creamier or less creamy. One portion of Enchanted Cream® is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake of Ø25 cm, or to make swirls on approx. 24-30 cupcakes.
