LorAnn's Professional Bakery Emulsions are distinguished from concentrated extracts by their rich, intense and lingering taste. Emulsions are better suited for more extreme applications, such as high temperature use. It is the ideal ingredient for all homemade cakes, pie shells, cakes and other cookies, but also for fillings, icings and desserts.

Orange Emulsion contains only natural orange extracts, which gives it the fresh flavor of freshly picked oranges.

These aqueous emulsions are an excellent alcohol-free alternative for most extracts. The absence of alcohol and the presence of natural stabilizers and water allow these emulsions to be exposed to high heat without affecting the taste.

This product is: Kosher certified, wheat gluten free.
