It's the ideal ingredient for all homemade cakes, pie shells, cakes and other cookies, as well as for fillings, icings and desserts.

Raspberry emulsion adds the delicate fragrance of raspberry.

These water-based emulsions are an excellent alcohol-free alternative for most extracts. The absence of alcohol and the presence of natural stabilizers and water mean that these emulsions can be exposed to high heat without affecting taste.
