LorAnn's Professional Bakery Emulsions are distinguished from concentrated extracts by their rich, intense and persistent taste. Emulsions are better suited to more extreme fields of application, such as use at high temperatures. They are the ideal ingredient for cakes, pie shells, cakes and other homemade cookies, as well as for fillings, icings and desserts.
Butter Vanilla emulsion combines the delicate fragrance of vanilla with the rich taste of butter.
These water-based emulsions are an excellent alcohol-free alternative for most extracts. The absence of alcohol and the presence of natural stabilizers and water mean that these emulsions can be exposed to high heat without affecting taste.
