Emulsions are better suited to more extreme fields of application, such as use at high temperatures. It's the ideal ingredient for all homemade cakes, pie shells, cakes and other cookies, as well as fillings, icings and desserts.

Lemon emulsion contains only natural lemon extracts, giving it that fresh citrus flavor.

These aqueous emulsions are an excellent alcohol-free alternative to most extracts. The absence of alcohol and the presence of natural stabilizers and water mean that these emulsions can be exposed to high heat, without affecting taste.
