LorAnn Concentrated Aroma - Maple (3.7ml)

LorAnn Super Strength Flavors are powerful flavors, also known as candy oil or candy flavor. These flavoring agents are not oil-based and contain no vegetable oil. The term candy oil refers to the fact that their flavor is concentrated and undiluted. These flavoring agents have three to four times the aromatic power of water- and alcohol-based extracts.

When you replace traditional flavoring agents in a recipe with these concentrated extracts, using ¼ to ½ teaspoon instead of a teaspoon will suffice to achieve an equivalent result. The taste will not disappear during cooking.

Flavoring agents are particularly suitable for fondant and marzipan preparations. Thanks to their high concentration, flavoring agents have little effect on the structure of fondant or marzipan when incorporated. But they are also suitable for making chocolate, candies, cakes, cookies, brownies and much more.

Our recommendations for best results:

• Wipe up any splashes quickly, as prolonged contact with plastic or a countertop could cause damage.
• Do not use plastic utensils.
• Avoid direct skin contact with the concentrated product. Some fragrances, such as cinnamon and almond, are very intense.
