Ideal for decorating logs, Christmas cakes, mousses, bavarois and other pastries.
Easy to use: Icing your desserts has never been so easy: heat the pot in a bain-marie to 50°C without the lid, swirl the preparation regularly, then place your glaze on an iced entremet and you're ready to go! It dries very quickly. Intense brown color and chocolate taste.
Convenient size: 300g tub for heating directly in the tub.
