Previously known as the Rainbow Dust Double Lead Food Art Pen.

The Rainbow Dust Food Art Pen features a 0.5 mm felt tip on one end and a 2.5 mm felt tip on the other. The pen is ideal for adding character to modeling work. Thanks to its different lead sizes, it can be used for coloring as well as for applying details, such as eyes and eyelashes on faces, or veins on leaves and petals. The pen is available in 23 colors.

The special food-safe ink dries quickly and is more suitable for precision work than paint applied with a brush. The pen works best on firm surfaces. It is therefore advisable to let the marzipan, fondant or pastillage dry slightly before applying the ink. The result will be even better. Close the pen properly before storing to prevent the felts from drying out. If a felt-tip dries out, you can moisten it with a little water.

The pen is not suitable for coloring large surfaces. In this case, it's best to use food coloring or a paint made from coloring powder and alcohol (Rejuvenator Spirit). The pen's ink is water-based and therefore unsuitable for decorations made from melted chocolate chips or Candy Melts.

This product is suitable for vegetarians and is certified kosher.
