The harmonious combination of coffee and plum aromas perfectly complements the strong taste of cocoa. The traditional manufacturing process underlines its orange blossom and cinnamon fragrance, which gives Maracaibo Clasificado 65% a festive flavour that is enhanced by the subtle bouquet of raisins, gradually fading to a languorous, long-lasting finish.
This couverture is ideal for coating pralines and specialties, molding hollow bodies and preparing ganaches, mousse & creams.
