Spectral Sugarflair Concentrated Pastry Colorants give marzipan and fondant beautiful, natural colors.
How to use: Work with the colorant in small quantities, using a toothpick, for example. Prick the toothpick into the preparation. Mix well until the desired color is achieved. Simply add more colorant for a more intense color.
Fat-free, Kosher.
Suitable for all water-based food products
