Melting Chocolate - Dark (350g)

Use our melting chocolate to make your own candies, chocolate decorations, icings or a drizzle on cakes and cupcakes. Or dip fresh strawberries into the melted chocolate! Heaven. Chocolate fondants can be melted in a double boiler or in the microwave. They are made from real Belgian chocolate. After all, when you spend hours in the kitchen making a work of art, you only get the best.

If you want to use the product to add flavor to a mousse or bavarois, melt it in the microwave without following the steps above (stir to avoid burning). Due to the different temperatures, the melts may melt during transport. They can still be used but may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the usual instructions on the package to process the fondants.

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at 8-20°C.

Preparation: Pour the fondants into a bowl suitable for the microwave. Melt at maximum power (±800W) in the microwave. To distribute the temperature evenly, remove the chocolate every 15/20 seconds and stir well. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (you can still see small pieces of chocolate). Continue stirring until the chocolate is dissolved. Be sure not to add water!

Ingredients: cocoa mass (43%), sugar, cocoa butter (13%), emulsifier: E322 (soy), flavor (vanilla).
