FunCakes egg white powder is the ideal substitute for fresh egg white!
It's perfect for making royal icing. Simply mix 10 g powdered egg white with 60 ml water, 300 to 500 g powdered sugar and a dash of citric acid.
Proportions: 10 g powdered egg white + 60 ml water = 2 egg whites. This mixture should be used within four hours.
