About the game

Bingo is a fun game, suitable for all ages and adapted to the early and later stages of Alzheimer's disease. The game was developed after finding that people with dementia found it increasingly difficult to play the traditional game of bingo. By using illustrations and animal sounds instead of numbers, people at a more advanced stage of the disease are still able to play it.

How it works

Animal Bingo can be played by up to 12 players, with a speaker organizing the game. The principle is simple: the speaker plays the different sounds on the CD, while participants cover the animals on their cards when they hear them. The speaker also has a booklet containing illustrations of each animal to give an extra clue. To win, participants must cover all 9 animals on their card and shout Bingo!
