How to use: Facilitates the jelling of jams and jellies. Prevents browning of fruit and vegetables. Replaces lemon juice when preparing fruit and vegetable preserves. Enhances the flavor of fruit salads, jams and salad dressings. Can be added to beverages such as mineral water and tea.
