- This mold is oven and refrigerator safe, freezer safe and dishwasher safe. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -60°C (-76°F) to +230°C (+446°F).
- Lightning bolt: 12 x 2.5 mm.
- Choux: small: 3 mm diameter, and standard: 5 mm diameter.
