A balloon holder that makes a magnificent decoration for your venue. Simply inflate 12 balloons in the color of your choice and attach them to each end cap. The base needs to be filled with water for the structure to hold.

Whether placed on a table or at the entrance to the room, the balloons represent a party and always put a smile on guests' faces.

Instructions for use: insert the widest plastic rod on the end of the tray in the middle, then fit the connector so you can insert the 2nd widest rod on top. Then insert the other plastic rods into the tray ends all around the middle rod. Insert the connectors into the plastic rods so that you can connect the remaining plastic rods. Your stand should be harmonious, with a long rod in the middle, medium rods and small rods.
