Medium-grained pearl sugar Ø 4-5 mm for sprinkling on chouquettes, pies, crackers, cookies and pastries.
This granulated sugar resists baking and remains white and regular.
Casson sugar, also known as pearl sugar, is a subtle blend of crunchiness and fondant. It is obtained by agglomerating, grinding and sizing N°1 crystal sugar.
Easy to use, it can be incorporated directly into pastry, or sprinkled before or after baking.
