Preparation for waffles

Preparation: Raw materials must be at room temperature. Using a mixer with dough hooks, blend 500 g mix, 150 g butter (cream), 175 ml water and 1 egg (50 g) in about 3-4 minutes to a smooth dough. Mix 200 g FunCakes Pearl Sugar with 20 g lightly melted butter (cream). Stir the pearl sugar/butter mixture through the batter for 30 seconds. Preheat waffle iron and grease both baking racks. Make 70 g balls of dough (about 15 pieces). Cook the waffles for 3-4 minutes in the waffle iron until golden brown. If desired, garnish with whipped cream or fresh fruit.
