Because the mixes are made in a gluten-free factory, FunCakes can guarantee that they contain less than 20 mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity will have no symptoms with this low dose. So anyone following a strict gluten-free diet can finally bake with FunCakes.
Preparation: Preheat oven to 170°C (fan oven 150°C). Food should be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: mix 500 g mix, 200 g butter and 250 g eggs (5 pcs). Mix on low speed for 3 minutes to obtain a smooth batter. Place your paper molds in a muffin tin, using an ice-cream scoop to fill them halfway. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Prefer mini cupcakes? With 500g of Mix Cupcakes, you can make approx. 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 12-15 minutes. Or would you prefer a cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (fan oven) for approx. 60-70 minutes.
