Silicone Mould - Truffle Eclair 75

For dessert, you want to surprise your guests with an original dessert design?

Here is the silicone mold "Truffle Eclair75" giving a visual of small chocolate truffles.

This kit also contains a double plastic cookie cutter to make the top and bottom cookie.

When your preparation is unmolded, you can simply pour a mirror icing on your little truffles and then place the dessert on the cookie.

The silicone mold is suitable for temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C and is dishwasher safe.

Please note: the plastic cookie cutter is not oven safe but is dishwasher safe.
