Would you like to create a trompe-l'oeil dessert?
If you'd like to become the new Cédric Grolet, here's the Segreti Del Bosco silicone mold you can use to create pretty entremets in the shape of wild berries.
Once unmolded, you can spray your berries with velvet spray and your guests will marvel at your creation.
This mold can be used at temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C and is dishwasher-safe.
Cavities: 6 cavities
Dimensions of each cavity: ∅6.5 x h5.5 cm
Volume: 6 x 115 ml = 690 ml
