How to use a silicone mold?

For optimal use, the molds should be placed on stainless steel grids or on baking sheets, preferably perforated, in order to promote heat diffusion during baking.
The totally smooth surface allows a perfect release of the preparations without any need of grease.

Before the first cooking in the oven, grease the mould before putting the preparation in it.

Platinum silicone is a high quality material: it is designed to withstand temperatures up to 230°C without deteriorating the silicone.

How to clean a silicone mold?

Wash before the first use and dry well. Do not use strong detergents or dishwasher rinsing liquid.

Clean it with warm soapy water and a soft sponge and let it air dry.

How to maintain your silicone food mold?

Store flat after making sure the mold is dry.

Do not approach a heat source, do not cut directly into the mold.
