0.18 g chocolate chips with good baking firmness.
Incorporate into cakes, muffins, cookies and "kugelhopf" and bake.
Also suitable for the rational production of ganaches.
For chocolate breads: Add 30 g of water per 2,5 kg of mass and dress.
Optimum storage:
Well closed, cool and dry at 14 - 20°C
Sugar, shelled cocoa beans (35%) (Ghana), cocoa butter, dextrose, emulsifier (E322: soya lecithin).
Cocoa: 44% minimum.
May contain traces of milk (including lactose), soy, hazelnuts, almonds.
