Snowman Cupcakes
Ingredients for 12 cupcakes
- 165 gr flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 115 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 120 gr sour cream
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180° rotating heat
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, yeast, salt and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add the eggs one after the other, mixing between each egg.
- Add vanilla flavouring and sour cream.
- Add the flour/baking soda/yeast/salt mixture and mix to a smooth dough
- Get your cupcake cases and your cupcake pan.
- Put your cupcake batter in a piping bag and fill the cups 3/4 full
- Bake for about 20 minutes and let your cupcakes cool on a cooling rack.
