Central cake stand (3pcs)

When we make a pièce montée, our two biggest fears are that it will sag and that it won't stand perfectly straight.

To make sure your pièce montée doesn't sag to one side, here are the center supports that will hold your cake in place.

All you need to do is insert the pillars/dowels (which will prevent sagging due to weight) into the edges of your cake, then insert the first part of the central support and so on until your cake is fully assembled.
