Tips:

- Velvet sprays should be used on frozen preparations.

- Once your dessert is sprayed, you can put it back in the freezer for a few days.

- Velvet spray is very volatile, so we recommend spraying in a large box, in the dishwasher or outside.

- Containing cocoa butter (which can freeze depending on the temperature), we advise you to soak your spray for a few minutes in hot water before use to spray evenly.
