HOW DOES IT WORK? - Grease the crepe maker and pour the batter into it when it is hot using the crepe rake. Wait 45 seconds, then turn the crepe over with the spatula and wait about 45 seconds, watching it cook and brown before placing it on a plate. Add the topping of your choice: sugar, lemon, chocolate, ice cream, fruit, whipped cream,...or all at once! If you are having fun making crepe art, draw decorations of your choice with the colored crepe batter that you will have previously put in a squeezer. Once you have drawn the design, let it cook for a few seconds and place a ladle of pancake batter on top and flip it over.
