LorAnn Concentrated Aroma - Butterscotch (3.7ml)

LorAnn's Super Strength Flavors concentrates are powerful flavors, also known as "candy oils" or "candy flavors". These flavors are not oil-based, and therefore contain no vegetable oils. The term "candy oil" refers to the fact that the taste is concentrated and undiluted. These flavors are three to four times more powerful than water- and alcohol-based flavoring extracts.

If you wish to replace one of the flavoring extracts in a recipe with LorAnn's corresponding concentrated flavor, it is advisable to use only ¼ to ½ teaspoon for every teaspoon of extract. Exposure to high heat does not alter the flavor of the product.

These flavors are particularly suitable for fondant and marzipan. Thanks to their high concentration, the structure of fondant and marzipan hardly changes when either or both of these flavors are added. However, they are equally suitable for chocolate, sweets, cakes, cookies and brownies.

For best results, we strongly recommend you follow the instructions below:

• Immediately wipe up any splashes on plastic utensils and work surfaces to prevent damage from prolonged contact.
• Do not use synthetic cookware.
• Avoid direct contact with the skin if the product is used in its pure state. Certain flavors, such as cinnamon and almond, are particularly strong.

This kosher-certified, sugar-free product contains NO vegetable oils. It contains only water-insoluble natural and artificial flavors for use in chocolate.
