Dr. Oetker dried yeast is perfect for all leavened sweet and savory pastries. It keeps well, is easy to use and lightens leavened doughs. As there's no need to dilute it beforehand, it makes yeast dough preparation much easier. One sachet is enough for 500 g of flour.
Directions for use: 1 sachet for 500 g flour. Mix Dr. Oetker yeast well with flour (do not dilute with milk). Add the ingredients according to the recipe and work together. Leave to rise as required.
