Here's the "Rectangular" tartelette kit, enabling you to make tartelettes with mixed textures and aromas.

This kit includes 6 perforated rectangles for making your tart bases, plus a silicone mold for decorating your tart.

The perforated rectangles will enable you to obtain a crisp pastry, as the baking will be perfectly homogeneous.

To use the rectangles, simply roll out your pastry, use the circle as a cookie cutter and then line the edges of your tart like the great pastry chefs.

The 2 parts of the kit are suitable for temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C and are also suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
