Description / Powdered gelatin 200 bloom (50g)
50 gjar of powdered gelatin for creams, custards, mousses, sweets... 1 jar of powdered gelatin = 25 gelatin sheets!
Dosage: 2 g gelatin powder = 1 gelatin sheet
To use: pour gelatin into cold water. To do this, add 6 times its weight in water (e.g. for 2g gelatin, hydrate in 12g water). Mix and leave to swell for 3 min. Add the mixture directly to your hot starter and mix well. Do not add gelatin to a boiling preparation, as it will lose its gelling effect.
