FunCakes Sugar Paste - Bright White - 250gr

Bright White sugar paste is snow white and has a delicious vanilla flavor. Perfect for covering a cake and cutting out shapes. Knead well before use and spread over a thin layer of powdered sugar. You can also use the sugar paste for modeling or creating different shapes and designs. Also suitable for coloring with food coloring. Let the sugar dough rest for one hour after coloring (covered) for best results. Knead the sugar paste again before processing further. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need about 500 g of sugar paste.

Preparation: The following process is recommended for the best result: Let the sugar paste reach room temperature. Knead the sugar dough firmly until it is smooth and elastic. Sprinkle the work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the sugar dough with a rolling pin into an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the sugar dough over by a quarter to prevent sticking. Are there still small cracks visible on the edges when the sugar dough is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolled out. Then the sugar dough is ready to use.
