Directions: Roll out your sugar dough until it extends slightly beyond the cookie cutter. Place the cookie cutter on top of the sugarpaste and press down. Remove the excess sugar paste and remove the cookie cutter. You will have the perfect size pieces of sugarpaste to shape the belly, legs, arms and head of the animal of your choice. This way, your creation is always in proportion.
