Egg white powder (125g)

FunCakes egg white powder is the perfect substitute for fresh egg white!

It is perfect for making royal icing. Simply mix 10 g of egg white powder with 60 ml of water, 300 to 500 g of powdered sugar and a dash of citric acid.

Ingredient: dehydrated chicken albumen (pasteurized). This product is certified Halal.

Proportions: 10 grams of egg white powder + 60 ml of water = 2 egg whites. This mixture must be used within four hours.

Content: 125 g. Packaged in a jar with a hermetic closure.
