EASY TO USE - Designed for all your pastry and confectionery ideas: coloring macaroons, glazes, ganaches, sugar paste or preparing a rainbow cake, this colorant adapts to all your needs and occasions (Easter, Halloween, Christmas...). Just the tip of a knife is all it takes to intensely color your preparations. Maximum dosage: 0.2g/kg preparation. After each use, you can reseal and store the jar.
