Food coloring paste - Duck blue (25g)

Thanks to this Duck Blue coloring paste from Sugarflair, you can easily give an opaline hue to your sugar pastes, marzipan, gum pastes or modeling pastes. Perfect for decorations.

Instructions: using a cocktail pick, or equivalent, place a small amount of paste on your almond paste/sugar paste, then mix well until the desired color is achieved. For a more intense color, apply a larger quantity of paste.

For 1 kg of cake and decoration, use a maximum of 3 g of coloring paste.
