Melting chocolate - Natural white (250g)

FunCakes Deco Melts give you lots of decorating options! They're one of FunCakes' most versatile product groups. Melt and pour Deco Melts into the desired shape. Just as popular with experienced home bakers as with little ones. You can create Drip cakes and cupcake decorations, but you can also use it to make lollipops and candies. When you're having so much fun decorating and the Deco Melts harden a little, don't worry, just melt them again! FunCakes Deco Melts are available in many different colors. Not exactly the color you're looking for? Then create your own color by adding FunCakes colorants to the white Deco Melts. Deco Melts are not made from real chocolate, but taste like creamy white chocolate! Due to different temperatures, Deco Melts may melt during transport and storage. They can still be used, but they may not arrive in their original condition. Follow the instructions on the packaging when using Deco Melts.

• Dip, drip, drizzle and decorate with FunCakes Deco Melts. These Deco Melts FunCakes contain no E171 and have the creamy taste of white chocolate.
• Melt briefly in the microwave or bain-marie and pour into desired shapes.
• Perfect for candies, lollipops and Drip Cakes. Or dip cupcakes and cookies in melts.
• Contents: 250 grams.

Melt in microwave or bain-marie. For microwave: melt at max. 500W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when melting is almost complete (small pieces are still visible). Continue stirring until the Melts are smooth and completely melted, then proceed as desired. Harden in the fridge (10-15 min.). For a finer result, add a few drops of vegetable oil.

These Deco Melts do not contain E171 and are therefore less white than Extreme White Deco Melts. Due to the planned ban on E171 in Europe, we have discontinued Extreme White Deco Melts. Natural White is therefore the whitest Deco Melts in our range.
