Chocolate fondants can be melted in a bain-marie or in the microwave. They're made from real Belgian chocolate. After all, when you spend hours in the kitchen creating a work of art, you're settling for nothing but the best. If you want to use the product to add flavor to a mousse or bavarois, melt it in the microwave without following the steps above (stir to avoid burning). Due to different temperatures, fondants may melt in transit. They can still be used, but they may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the usual instructions on the packaging for processing fondants. Melt chocolate easily with these FunCakes chocolate fondants. They can be melted in the microwave or bain-marie. Use in a mold to make candies, or create chocolate decorations, icings and drops. Contents: 350 grams. Preparation: Pour the fondant into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave at maximum power (±800W). To distribute the temperature evenly, remove the chocolate every 15/20 seconds and stir well. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small pieces of chocolate can still be seen). Keep stirring until the chocolate has dissolved. This product is certified Halal.
