Transparent balloons with confetti will make a spooky addition to your decorations, as the bats appear to be flying inside the balloons.

To make sure the confetti sticks as well as possible, we recommend inflating them with helium and a puff of air. Once inflated, rotate the balloon while rubbing the sides with a cloth, preferably wool, to help the confetti stick. Group balloons in clusters for maximum effect.
