FunCakes Sugar Dough - Raven Black - 250gr

FunCakes sugar paste is very flexible, smooth and easy to use because of its fine structure and malleability. It is quite soft and hardens perfectly after use. It is black and has a delicious vanilla flavor. Let it sit for an hour after coloring (covered) for best results. Knead it again before continuing. FunCakes sugarpaste is available in different colors.

The satin finish of FunCakes Sugarpaste allows you to cover a cake, giving its edges a smooth, silky texture. If you want to create shapes, you are sure to get clean, crisp and perfect cuts. This new formula of sugar paste is extremely easy to handle and is perfect for home bakers and professionals alike!

With FunCakes sugarpaste, you can easily shape or create different shapes and designs. It is also suitable for creating decorations. For 250g of sugar dough, add a teaspoon of CMC - Tylo FunCakes Powder and/or water if necessary. Knead well before use and spread on a thin layer of powdered sugar.

Approximately 500g of sugar paste is needed to cover a 20cm round cake.

For best results, please follow these guidelines:
• The sugar dough should be at room temperature.
• Knead the sugar dough firmly until it is smooth and elastic.
• Sprinkle the work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the sugar dough with a rolling pin to an even thickness of 2-3 mm. Rotate the dough a quarter turn to prevent sticking. Small cracks appear on the edges of the sugar dough when you roll it out? Knead the dough firmly again and repeat the process until the edges are smooth. The sugar paste is now ready to use.
