Preparation for Buttercream

Prepare a delicious buttercream for your cakes with this FunCakes mix. It's perfect for topping and coating cakes, or as a topping on cupcakes. Simply add water and butter to this buttercream mix to create the most delicious buttercream icing.

• With this mixture, you can easily make a delicious, creamy buttercream, perfect for topping and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes.
• The cream can also be used as a layer on your cake when you want to cover the cake with sugar paste or marzipan.
• FunCakes buttercream already has a delicious vanilla flavor, but can receive unique bursts of flavor with FunCakes flavoring pastes. Add food coloring and your creation is complete!

Preparation: Elements must be at room temperature. For one portion: add 125 ml of water to 125 g of the mixture and beat with a whisk. Then let the mixture stand at room temperature for at least an hour. Beat 150 g unsalted butter (cream) for approx. 5 minutes until creamy. Add part of the butter mixture and beat until completely absorbed before adding the next part. Once all the mixture has been added, beat until smooth (approx. 10 minutes). One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm cake, or decorate approx. 12 cupcakes.
