Our aim is to offer you carefully selected items of quality, design and, above all, at the best possible price. Our products are shipped from Switzerland, so you can avoid import costs and long delivery times.2023
As always, we're looking to surprise you with our products, so this year we've added a range of ephemeral tattoos made from natural stones known as La Dot, a real nugget!
In 2023, we welcome 2 new employees to the company. Camille takes over from Axel and looks after our social networks. Gaëlle, a resourceful florist, joins Carolane in lovingly taking care of your orders and welcoming customers. Véronique takes on a new multi-functional position, handling office tasks, preparing orders and, above all, welcoming customers. Sophie & André are still in the office, developing the business.
2022
Our warehouse opens its doors to customers. After many requests, we decided it was time to open the depot as a store-depot. Every customer can discover our products, see the colors, shapes, textures and, above all, we're always there to advise you and share our experience.
The business is growing and orders are piling up. We need to hire a new employee to help with order preparation. Carolane joins the company with an excellent background as a pastry chef, to complete our team. In addition, we're hiring Axel for a fixed term to develop our visibility on social networks.
Always ready to offer the best to our customers, we seek out numerous brands to be able to offer different items and set ourselves apart from our competitors.
2021
A big year for us, as we move to Payerne to take over 500m2 of premises. The range of products is ever wider, and customers are eager to see us. That year, we hire Rita and Véronique to help us prepare orders. Sophie is still in charge of office automation.
2021 is also a milestone for our company. We asked ourselves what our customers needed to be completely satisfied. Well, we've found it! We've added baked goods to our range. Now, Special Day offers everything you need to prepare an event. From decorations to desserts, we have a magnificent range of products to satisfy every aspect of a successful event.
2020
We're expanding our birthday and babyshower range, and are always on the lookout for new items to add to our wedding and christening range
2019
Deco-Mariage.ch is changing its name to Special-Day.ch to offer a range of products not only for weddings but also for Baby Showers, Baptisms and Anniversaries. Dream decorations for a very special day!
2017
To date, we're proud to have delighted more than 4,500 customers in Switzerland and abroad with an ever-expanding choice of decorations, which we're striving to expand day by day.
2016
After a year of preparation, searching for partners, development, tests, sleepless nights and so on, we were finally able to prove that our idea could work! And so Deco-Mariage Sàrl was born on August 18, 2016. Since then, it hasn't taken us long to become Switzerland's No. 1 wedding decorations sales platform!
